Kelly Osbourne Called Racist After Flubbed Message To Donald Trump On ‘The View’ — Watch

Wow, Kelly Osbourne! The lavender-haired starlet is known for speaking her mind, but she may have taken things a bit too far on ‘The View’. Her Donald Trump diss wound up being a total misstep.

Kelly Osbourne, 30, visited The View on August 4, on a special episode dedicated to “Hot Topics,” and she really gave the hosts something to talk about! While discussing Donald Trump‘s terrible remarks about Mexican immigrants, Kelly inadvertently offended when she tried to diss the presidential candidate, making an insensitive remark of her own. Oh, Kelly!

While discussing Donald’s belief that latinos should be kicked out of the United States (because they’re rapists and murderers — how absolutely disgusting), Kelly chimed in to counter Donald’s absurd idea — and it didn’t go as well as she probably imagined it would.

“If you kick every Latino out of this country, then who is going to be cleaning your toilet, Donald Trump?” Kelly said. “In the sense that…you know what I mean? But I’m saying that in LA, they always…” Yikes! That was…not okay. You could tell how taken aback the hosts were by her remarks; Rosie Perez and Raven Symone immediately tried to correct Kelly.

“There’s more jobs than that in the country for Latinos and Latinos are not the only people who clean toilets,” Rosie said. Kelly rushed to clarify her flub: “No, I didn’t mean it like that! Come on! I would never mean it like that! I’m not part of this argument.”

The show went on per usual, but when it came to a close, Rosie made it a point to apologize to Kelly for jumping on her statement. What a nice thing to do! “I want to apologize to this young woman once again for being overly sensitive,” Rosie said. “Kelly Osbourne is on our side and I was sensitive. My disdain should go to only Donald Trump, so I’m sorry, darling.”

Kelly told Rosie that her apology wasn’t necessary: “No, you don’t have to apologize to me,” she said. “I love you, Rosie.” What a sweet learning moment for Kelly, and a gracious gesture by Rosie! She even apologized again, later that day on Twitter: “My apologies , I took your point wrong- . My bad. You’re heart is so pure & righteous. I adore you.

How sweet and genuine. It seems like Kelly really could have just misspoken, and clearly Rosie forgives her. HollywoodLifers, what is YOUR opinion over this matter? Tell us in the comments and take our poll!
