Drake’s OVO Fest After Party Shooting: 2 People Dead After Violent Attack

Oh no. Two people are reportedly dead after a deadly attack at Drake’s OVO Fest after-party. Many others were reportedly left wounded after shots were fired during at the Aug. 4 event.

This is scary. After Drake, 28, left the stage after tearing it down at OVO Fest in Toronto, he and the rest of his fans celebrated at the official after-party. The fun turned deadly, as a reported gunmen opened fire and left two people dead!

The tragic shooting reportedly went down in the early hours of Aug. 4 at the Musik nightclub in Toronto, reports TMZ. Drake was on hand to host the official after-party. The fun affair turned tragic, as a shots were fired. One person was reportedly killed inside the club.

One of the shooters involved reportedly took it outside and fired more shots. Ultimately, one man and one woman are reportedly dead while three others were hospitalized after this horrible attack. At the time, it’s unclear whether or not Drake was in the club when the shooting went down.

Toronto Police Deputy Chief Peter Sloly gave a press conference on the shooting. He said that police officers were assigned at the venue. Police quickly responded to the situation, even performing CPR on the female victim of the shooting.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time that a party at Musik turned deadly, as a man was reportedly shot at a 2014 OVO Fest after-party. We’ll update you as we get more information on this story, HollywoodLifers.

Drake Mocks Meek Mill During OVO Fest Performance — Gives Him ‘Participation Award’

Prior to the shooting, Drake hit the stage with a scorching performance that dissed his rival Meek Mills. Drake mocked Meek by performing of his songs “Charged Up” and “Back to Back.” While rapping, Drake projected memes on the big screen behind him, insulting Meek by giving him a “Participation Award” for his alleged weak entry in their feud.
