Rebel Wilson Marrying Mickey Gooch After Three Months Of Dating — Report

The comedians only began dating three months ago after meeting on the set of their latest project How to be Single, but according to a Aug. 3 report by Australian magazine New Idea, the two are already planning to make things official with a wedding ceremony at the Graceland Wedding Chapel later this year. “They are just going to invite their nearest and dearest and a few celeb friends,” a source told the publication. “She just wants everyone to let their hair down and have fun in Vegas.”  The two reportedly chose Vegas because they “don’t want a traditional wedding,” and are looking to keep things very laid-back and of course, super fun! Though the couple is still very fresh into their relationship, it appears as if it might have been love at first sight for the two. Back in June, a pal close to Mickey told the Daily Mail, “He said he met Rebel and then within five minutes he felt like he’d known her his whole life. It was instant.” However, it’s well known that actor has had his fair share of obstacles in the past. The funny man recently opened up to The Two River Times about what he described as an “ugly’ past,” admitting that he struggled with drugs and alcohol for about ten years. Still, we can only imagine the amount of happiness the Super Fun Night star brings into his life, and can totally understand why he would want to lock that relationship down — fast!

Wedding rumors aside, the happy couple have spent the last few weeks enjoying some quality time together while on vacation in Europe and Dubai.  The pair, who aren’t shy when it comes to posting photos to Instagram, took to the social media app to share a sunny snap from Barcelona on July 27. “Hard Rock Rising Barcelona,” she wrote alongside a photo of her and Mickey sporting two very animated faces.  Needless to say, their honeymoon pictures are going to be ah-maz-ing!

In the meantime, Rebel confirmed on April 11 that she is indeed set to return to the big screen for Pitch Perfect 3, starring as the beloved (and super hilarious) Fat Amy.  Can you say, aka-mazing?! Mickey meanwhile, is reportedly enjoying some career success of his own after completing work on his first feature film, The Head Thieves. The film is reportedly getting a lot of attention from some of Hollywood’s top distribution companies as of late, and marks Mickey’s first major success as an executive producer.  Looks like it’s all good news on the Wilson-Gooch front!
