Hard work pays off! Khloe Kardashian, 31, didn’t get those hot buns by eating hot cross buns — she got her sexy butt, which rivals sister Kim Kardashian‘s famous derriere, by doing a “sh*t ton” of squats and lunges! Get her exact workout below!
Khloe told Hamish & Andy:
“Honestly, this was the most risque shoot I’ve ever done and it was the scariest. I don’t really look at myself like that. If you look at my Instagram, I’m not a girl that’s really posing in clothes like that. I don’t even wear bikinis. I’m not that girl. Not to say that it’s bad if you are, some girls are more comfortable exposing that stuff. For me to do this shoot, it was very outside of my comfort zone but I’m proud of myself because I worked really hard to get there.
People hate me [on Instagram]. They’re like, ‘enough of the gym!’ It’s my f*cking Instagram! Don’t follow me! For sure, I’ve done way more than 10,000 [squats] and I’ve earned every one of those squats! Squats and stairs and lunges are my best friend. I’ve done a sh*t ton of squats!”
