“She’s been working hard to look good,” a source told Us Weekly for their August 10 issue. “She’s single and feeling confident and happy.”
She split with Charlie Ebersol in June, and has seriously undergone a makeover since her breakup! According to the mag, she does at home yoga, which you can see in this back-bending pic she posted on Instagram on July 9. She also stays in shape by working the stage during her Piece Of Me concerts at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. “She’s constantly burning everything off!”
She also likes going to Drenched Fitness in L.A., which specializes in high-intensity interval training. “I think she’s drawn to it because it’s a tough workout,” creator Julie Kennington told the magazine. “It’s cardio, as well as strength-training.”
Britney “still eats fast food” and loves chips and sweet tea, according to her pal. “She doesn’t starve herself. She’s more about working out.”
However, to fuel her workouts, she eats egg whites, wheat toast and snacks on “any kind of fruit, especially peaches.”
