Happy birthday, Soulja Boy! The talented young rapper, producer and entrepreneur turns 25 years-old today, July 28. We’re honestly shocked that he’s so young — ‘Crank That’ dropped almost 10 years ago!

Soulja Boy stepped on the scene in 2007 with his massive hit “Crank That (Soulja Boy),” and what many didn’t realize was that he was only a teenager at the time. An accomplished rapper, and now rapper and entrepreneur, Soulja Boy, real name DeAndre Cortez Way, still has his whole life ahead of him. Something tells us 25 is going to bring nothing but more greatness his way! Let’s help him celebrate his special day!

Soulja Boy started 2015 out in the best way possible — by releasing new music! His fourth studio album, Loyalty, featured songs like “Don’t Nothing Move But The Money” and “Hurricane.” Finally, more music! The album was released under Stacks On Deck Money Gang Entertainment, the label that Soulja Boy founded back in 2004.

Heading your own record label would be a daunting feat for anyone, but it’s an especially impressive for someone as young as Soulja Boy — he was just 16 at the time! The label counts rappers like Riff Raff and Lil B among its alumni.

In addition to Stacks On Deck Money Gang Entertainment, Soulja Boy also heads SODMG, a site that carries tons of products and clothing that he designed himself. You could get a simple Soulja Boy snapback or some sweatpants, sure — but wouldn’t you rather test out something called a Souljaboard? The futuristic board is like a scooter and unicycle in one, using your own balance and gravity to move the board without any handles. Whoa! Who knew Soulja Boy could come up with something like that?

We can’t wait to see what Soulja Boy cooks up next! Someone who possesses that much ambition and creativity at such a young age is destined for great things. HollywoodLifers, help us wish Soulja Boy a happy birthday in the comments!
