Khloe wrote on her Instagram: “This one is for all the troll haters out there that cannot seem to give me an ounce of credit for my daily workouts! The image on the left is an unretouched photo from the actual camera on the day of the shoot. The image on the right is the retouched photo. Yes skin is smooth and shadows are removed but I still think I look good on the left image. Flaws and all 🙊❤️💋 hi hater!!! Click on it… I know you want to 😝”
Khloe Kardashian’s Diet — Cut Out Soda
In July, Khloe revealed to Australian radio hosts Fitzy and Wippa how she feels about diets:
“I think all diets are kind of weird. The word ‘die’ is in it. I believe in lifestyle changes, and when you think of something long term, you do it better. If I know I just have to eat this way for a week, how does that help you for the long term? It doesn’t. I’ve made major cutbacks. I used to love soda. So I’ve cut out soda completely and I’ll drink iced tea or water for what I drink throughout my day… I’ll do like one thing, like, a month. I’ll just cut something off little by little, and then it just becomes like a part of your life. You don’t even think about it.”
Khloe revealed on her Instagram in June: “My water tip of the day. I try to consume about 5 to 6 L of water a day. (based off of my body weight and how much I workout this number was given to me by a nutritionist) Of course, this does not happen every single day but the point is I try. But let’s be honest… Water does tend to get boring after a while. So My current obsession is infused waters. Detox water, fruit flavored water, or fruit infused water; infused water can generally be any combination of fruits, vegetables, and herbs immersed in cold water. While infused water has the benefit of being full of flavor, it also has very low to no calories, making it a very powerful tool in your efforts to lose weight and gain better health. Nutrients leak out of the fruit directly into the water. Some nutritionists estimate that you get as much as 20% of the vitamin content of freshly squeezed fruit juice, all without he extra calories or fructose.”
Khloe Kardashian’s Workout
Khloe works out daily with Gunnar Peterson. “Gunnar is, like, really proud and sweet and positive in that way, and also he comes from a place of ‘yesm’. So if I’m like, ‘I want Beyoncé‘s booty,’ he’ll say, ‘Okay, we’re gonna do that.’ He’s not like, ‘Well, you can’t because you’re a foot taller than her.’ He just is very positive.”
Gunnar told OK! magazine: “She works so hard. You get definition from repetition, and that includes repetition of the act of going to the gym. She comes in every single morning.”
An insider told OK! mag that Khloe “likes doing crunches and leg lifts — she’ll put the TV on and do them for a half hour in her bedroom. And she loves to use a Hula-Hoop, which may seem silly, but really works. You’d be surprised what that kind of consistent exercise does for a body!”
