This wasn’t the news we were expecting. Just one week ago, Evelyn Lozada shared the news with fans that she was pregnant with her third child during her reality show. Sadly, it was just revealed that she wound up miscarrying the baby. So awful.
Evelyn Lozada‘s, 39, sadly revealed on July 18 that her pregnancy ended in a miscarriage. The reality star was expecting another child with her fiancé MLB player Carl Crawford, 33, but due to hormone issues, the couple lost the baby. This is beyond sad.
On the second episode of Evelyn’s reality show Livin’ Lozada, she broke the sad news to her family and fans that her fears came true. The 39-year-old wound up having a miscarriage around the six-week pregnancy mark.
“I feel like when something tragic like this happens, I’ve always learned that there is something better to come and I guess that’s what I hold onto,” she tearfully told the cameras. “That it just wasn’t meant to be.”
Her daughter Shaniece showed up to see how her mom was doing, and thats when Evelyn opened up on how she was feeling physically. She told her daughter, “I woke up this morning—early, early this morning. It was literally still dark outside… and I started feeling cramping. I knew…the process was starting.” So heartbreaking.
Thankfully, Evelyn has powered through the rough time and explained to her daughter that she has accepted the painful situation. “I feel better. I’m like, Ok, it’s happening. I’ve accepted it. I feel like I can deal,” she calmly told Shaniece.
After the episode aired, Evelyn took to her twitter to thank fans for their support. “Getting the news that my hormone levels dropped was/is devastating! Hardest thing ever!” she tweeted. “Thank you to everyone who tuned in!! It’s a true blessing to share my life, my new beginning and all that it encompasses.”
