Reunited! Kylie Jenner and Jaden Smith have grown closer after Kylie’s Instagram feud with Amandla Stenberg. The former flames reunited at the ‘Paper Towns’ screening in LA on July 18, and HollywoodLife.com can EXCLUSIVELY tell you how they interacted!
Jaden Smith, 17, and Kylie Jenner, 17, have been talking again after Jaden’s rumored love interest, Amandla Stenberg, 16, slammed the KUWTK star’s cornrows pic. On July 19, Jaden and Kylie both attended the Paper Towns screening, after Jaden had been begging Kylie to meet face to face with him and Amandla to talk out their differences. Here’s what went down!
“Jaden and the Jenners interacted and they seemed very cordial,” an eyewitness tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY, adding that “it wasn’t an awkward run-in.” We’re glad that there doesn’t seem to be any bad blood between Jaden and Kylie after the horrible fight with Amandla blew up, but it seems like Kylie isn’t quite ready to talk out her differences with Amandla like Jaden wants.
Kylie and Jaden have actually been talking more since the feud. The After Earth star got dragged into it when Kylie told Amandla to “go hang with Jaden” after the Hunger Games star accused Kylie of appropriating African American culture by showing off a pic of her hair in cornrows.
“This incident forced Jaden and Kylie to start talking again,” an insider told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “Jaden really misses hanging out with Kylie and her family like he used to, and no matter how distant they become, he’ll always care about her. He said some really sweet things to her and he wished her well.” Aww — there’s nothing like friendly exes, and clearly he still holds a special for her in his heart.
Days after Kylie and Amandla’s fight, Jaden was caught holding hands with a mystery blonde girl in New York City. They looked totally happy together while roaming hand in hand throughout the city. We wonder what Amandla would have to say about that!
What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Do you think Kylie and Jaden still care about each other? Let us know!
