Hello there, Ripley and Hicks! Director Neill Blomkamp shared new concept art for his upcoming ‘Alien’ movie on July 16, and it’s both creepy and grim.

We’re starting to get a picture of what the Alien sequel is going to look like. Director Neill Blomkamp posted a photo of his concept art for the movie on Instagram, and it features Sigourney Weaver’s Ripley and Michael Biehn’s Hicks. The concept art definitely has us a little scared of what’s to come!

We have so many questions! No one exactly knows what the Alien sequel, also dubbed Alien 5, will be about. However, Neill is giving us a new glimpse at the highly-anticipated film. He captioned the concept art, “#alien going very well. Love this project.”

The photo features Sigourney reprising her famous role as Ellen Ripley. Corporal Hicks, who had a featured role in James Cameron’s 1986 film Aliens, is also seen in the photo sporting a nasty eye injury. The concept art is serious and foreboding. Ripley and Hicks appear to be talking to some type of soldier, who has a South Korean flag on the left side of his armor.

The new film was confirmed in Feb. 2015. Neill, best known for directing District 9 and Chappie, had previously released unofficial artwork before the movie was officially announced. Sigourney was the only cast member confirmed to return, but it looks like Michael will be as well. Bill Paxton has said he’d be open to return as Hudson for the sequel.

Ridley Scott is expected to produce the sequel. The film will take place after the storyline of Ridley’s Prometheus 2, according to Entertainment Weekly. The Alien sequel is slated to be released in 2017.
