The 2015 ESPY Awards will honor the best and brightest athletes in the world, but everyone will be watching to see Caitlyn Jenner! Caitlyn, 65, will own the spotlight when the Gold Medal Olympian accepts the Arthur Ashe Courage Award. This is a big deal for her and HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned that Cait is feeling really nervous right before the big night!
Caitlyn is well aware that “all eyes will be on her,” one source EXCLUSIVELY tells HollywoodLife.com. Since this will be the biggest profile appearance since her Vanity Fair story, Caitlyn knows that the world will be watching her — and she loves it! As she gets ready for her big moment, the source says she feels “sick to her stomach with nerves and excitement.”
We’re excited too! We can’t wait to see Caitlyn when she arrives on stage at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles during the July 15 broadcast. She’ll be accompanied by all her children, there to support her in this huge moment in her life!
Like anyone, Caitlyn is feeling the pre-show jitters, as a second source tells HollywoodLife.com that she’s “very excited, a little scared and nervous — but not as much as the Diane Sawyer interview.” It seems that since she opened up in that deeply personal interview, Caitlyn feels it’s getting easier and easier to be herself in the public eye.
In the final hours leading up to the show, Cait working out all the last minute details, as that second source tells HollywoodLife.com “everything has been locked down besides the speech. There are a few things to fine tune and its mostly done but she is just going over it to make sure its what she wants it to be, since it will last forever.”
Though all of Caitlyn’s children will be there to support her at the 2015 ESPYs, none of her ex-wives have been invited and that has Kris Jenner fuming! “She would have liked to have been invited,” a sources close to her EXCLUSIVELY tells HollywoodLife.com, adding “She’s spent nearly half of her life with Caitlyn, loving one another, raising children, making a lifetime of memories and this is the treatment Kris is getting. Shame on Cait. She needs to stop being such a diva.”
Are you excited to see the 2015 ESPYs, HollywoodLifers? Are you excited to see Caitlyn accept her award?
