Blonde bombshell Khloe Kardashian, 30, stopped by the Nova breakfast show on July 13 and she bragged about her amazing personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson, and how he helps her achieve the “Beyoncé booty” that she desperately desires! Khloe is obsessed with her personal trainer — “If I say, “I want Beyonce’s booty”, he’ll say, “OK we’re going to do that”,” she told Ryan ‘Fitzy’ Fitzgerald and Michael ‘Wippa’ Wipfli on their morning show. “He’s not like, “you can’t because you’re a foot taller than her.” He’s just very positive.”
Just like us, Wippa was dying to know Khloe’s diet secrets but Khloe told him she didn’t diet at all! “The word “die” is in it, I don’t believe in diets. I believe in lifestyle changes,” she explained. “I made major cut-backs. I used to love soda, so I’ve cut out soda completely and I drink like ice tea or water. I made that like a lifestyle change. If you do one thing a month and you cut something off little by little and then it just becomes a part of your life.”
Speaking of look and feeling good, Khloe also talked about her beauty regime saying , “I’m a pro at doing my own makeup [but] I do not know how to do my own hair.” She said that when she gets her hair blown out or done, she will ride it out as long as possible! “I just won’t wash my hair. I know how to fake it until I make it,” she said.
