Ring the alarm! Or in this case, the bell. The first promo video for ‘American Horror Story: Hotel’ is here, and we seem to be getting our first glimpse at Lady Gaga in all her villainous glory. Watch the teaser here!

We’re so excited! The social media accounts for American Horror Story shared the first official promo for Hotel, titled “Front Desk,” on July 13, and it’s amazing. We’ve watched it over and over again, but Lady Gaga, 29, still scares the bejesus out of us every single time! Make sure the lights are on when you watch this one.

The promo, which you can watch above, was posted on AHS’s social media channels simultaneously. “The Lady is ready to check in to AHS:Hotel this October on FX,” the Facebook account’s caption read, while their Twitter post said: “She’s ready to ring in a whole new horror this October. @ladygaga #AmericanHorrorStory”

Not a whole lot happens in the first promo, but from the looks of Lady Gaga’s character’s hand, we’re already frightened. While at Comic-Con in San Diego over the weekend, creator Ryan Murphy confirmed that the singer’s character will be “bad.” He and the cast, which includes Matt BomerEvan PetersSarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Angela BassettFinn Wittrock, Denis O’Hare, Cheyenne Jackson, Wes Bentley, Emma Roberts, and Chloe Sevigny, also said, “Characters from previous seasons will come back and check into the hotel.”

And Lady Gaga won’t be the only evil character this season. Not only did we learn a few character names: Matt Bomer is Donovan, Evan Peters is Mr. March, Sarah Paulson is Hypodermic Sally and Kathy Bates is Iris, but Kathy, Sarah, Angela, Matt, Emma and Evan will also be playing “bad.”

American Horror Story: Hotel premieres this October on FX. Are you ready?!

What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Are you excited for AHS: Hotel? Vote in our poll and tell us how you feel!
