Nick Young will be a guest on an upcoming episode of ‘Wild ‘N Out,’ and he’s gonna field questions about his lady, Iggy Azalea. Iggy, of course, is from Australia or, as it’s also known, ‘down under.’ You can surely see where this is going.
Who doesn’t love a pun in the morning? On the July 8 episode of Wild ‘N Out, Iggy Azalea‘s fiance, Nick Young, will play a game of “Plead the Fifth.” The way the game works is, a question is asked (usually of the embarrassing/scandalous/could-get-me-in-trouble variety) and the person can either answer or plead the fifth and forego the question. However, choosing not to answer can have its own implications! So, when Nick is asked how Iggy is “down under,” well, watch the clip to see what he had to say!
“Iggy’s your chick right? That’s your old lady?” Darren Brand asks Nick. “Yeah,” he responds, already putting himself on rather thin ice, honestly.
“From Australia, the land down under?” Darren continues. “How is she when she’s down there?” he adds, asking the money question. The crowd obviously loses their minds, and begins advising Nick on what he should do. Host Nick Cannon assures him that he might want to plead the fifth on this one, reminding him that, “You gotta go home tonight. Just say, ‘I plead the fifth!'”
Well, against Mr. Cannon’s better judgment, Nick sits back in his chair and puts his feet up, making himself real comfortable before stating his answer. “Well, there’s a reason why I’m with her right?” Nick says, to huge cheers from the audience.
Well, yes, we assumed there were probably many reasons why you were with Iggy, Nick. We just thought the primary one didn’t pertain to her and going “down under.” But hey, each couple is different, right?
What do you think about Nick’s “down under” comments? Offensive or all in good fun?
