Kristen Stewart, Chanel runway model?! The actress, (and muse of the fashion house), opened up the Chanel haute couture fashion show — and she wasn’t the only famous face on the runway! Lily Rose-Depp, Lily Collins, Rita Ora, and Julianne Moore also modeled as they made their way down the catwalk.
From the big screen to the runway! Kristen Stewart had the honor of opening the Chanel fall haute couture fashion show as she stepped out in velvet separates, followed by a slew of Chanel muses, including Julianne Moore, Lily Collins, Rita Ora and Lily Rose-Depp. The Grand Palais was turned into a casino for the July 7 presentation of the autumn/winter collection, and KStew led the pack of famous faces!
KStew’s signature edgy sense of style added some depth to the dark velvet suit she rocked on the runway — and she looked so happy to see her Still Alice co-star, Julianne Moore! The velvet trend continued, as Julianne donned a long-sleeved, emerald green gown for the casino-themed show.
Lily Collins and Lily Rose-Depp walked out hand-in-hand, in pretty black dresses — très chic! At just 16, Lily Rose-Depp is already following in her mother’s footsteps and has established herself as one to watch — after all, not most teens can say they’ve graced the Chanel haute couture runway! This isn’t the first time mom Vanessa Paradis passed on her affinity for Chanel. In March 2015, the stylish mother-daughter duo attended the Chanel Metiers d’Art show in NYC — could a campaign be in Lily’s future? We’re crossing our fingers!
Songstress Rita Ora donned the most eye-catching look on the runway, as her cleavage was on display in a blazer and matching trousers — va va voom.
Along with the famous faces, top model, (and favorite of Karl Lagerfeld!), Kendall Jenner, also took the casino-themed runway by storm.
Prior to her walk down the catwalk, KStew arrived at the venue in her go-to get-up — jeans and a tank top. The star was all smiles, a smile white Chanel bag in tow. While some might be surprised to see Kristen on the runway, for her debut walk we must say she did a fabulous job!
Do you agree? What do you think of Karl putting Kristen & co. on the runway? Was it totally cool?
