Zachary Levi: ‘I Might Pee Myself’ Over William Shatner At Nerd HQ

Zachary Levi Nerd HQ

Zachary Levi is a nerd and he knows it — and he’s been giving fans the in for five years now! In his Conversations for a Cause, he sits down with fan favorites for Q&A’s during Comic Con week in San Diego. However, it’s only $20 a seat and all the money goes to charity.

This year at NerdHQ, Zachary Levi could have an accident. Yes, the ultimate nerd’s favorite man is heading to his stage and he’s pretty excited to talk with him. Stopping by, the Chuck alum chatted about what he was looking forward to, why he does this to begin with, and yes, William Shatner — or “Bill” has he calls him.

What are you excited about?
“I am most excited about William Shatner, maybe? I mean, Nathan Fillion panels are great, Joss Whedon panels are great, I love that they keep coming back! This is the first year we’ve ever had Bill. Mr. Bill Shatner. That’s pretty epic. Having Captiain Kirk hop up on that stage is gonna be pretty great. This will be my first time meeting him. I might pee myself a little!”

Dream panel guests?
Tom Hanks? I’d love to have a Tom Hanks panel. It’s not about me. I know that sounds ridiculous, but I want to bring the audience and the fan base the panels they want. We’ve had panelists already that I’ve never watched their movie, I’ve never watched the show. It doesn’t matter to me — if they’re happy, I’m happy. For me, if I was sitting in the audience or sitting on the stage with them and stare at them oddly and weirdly… Angelina Jolie?

Yvonne Strahovski is a guest this year, so you’re prepping for ‘Chuck’ movie questions.
I’m trying! I would love for Yvonne, Adam, Josh, Sarah, Ryan, Vick, Scott Mark, everyone from Chuck! We have toyed with the idea — I have toyed with the idea of making a Chuck movie definitely become a reality. I’d love to make that happen. Netflix could be a great way to do it. I’m not concerned with the timing of it. Chuck still lives on Netflix, so it’s kind of aging like a wine! We get more audience members who are watching the show now that didn’t watch originally, so if i give it a few years, we might have more people watch the movie.

Well, we want it to happen but for now, you can get tickets to NerdHQ here or stay tuned to see Zachary as the new host on SyFy’s Geeks who Drink starting July 16 at 11pm, and then in the fall, Heroes Reborn.
