One of the hardest things to do is get your kids to wear sunscreen. However, thanks to Hugh Jackman’s new sunscreen line, getting your kids to layer on sunblock is now a much easier task. SHOP Pure Sun products here for a safe and stress-free summer.
Hugh Jackman, 46, has joined with business partner Chris Clarke to launch a new sunscreen collection, Pure Sun Defense. Pure Sun Defense was created for one main reason — to fight skin cancer. These products will make it easier to get your kids to wear sunscreen because of the amazing, kid-friendly characters on the bottles! SHOP these products here.
Pure Sun Defense isn’t just any sunscreen. Kids will be excited to wear it because the products have cartoons all over the bottles — Minions, Avengers: Age of Ultron characters, and Disney Princesses are just a few of the fun labels. It is super easy to quickly spray on and the formula absorbs right into the skin. Aside from the fact that all the products are visually appealing, they are super affordable too — only $7 per bottle and are sold at Walmart, Target, Walgreens, and more retailers.
Remember Hugh’s terrifying cancer scare back in 2013? He found a spot of blood on his nose, got it checked, and found out he had basal cell carcinoma, one of the three types of skin cancer. Luckily, he was treated and recovered. Well, the actor dished to Business Wire why he created this product line. “Sun protection wasn’t as prominent for my generation and it’s important we emphasize its value for the next. I’m a father and want my children — all kids, really — to protect themselves against the health risk of skin cancer, since it’s so easy to do so.”
Chris also emphasized, “Superheroes and winning animated films are an integral part of our children’s culture. Pure Sun speaks equally to kids and moms and brings an element of fun and familiarity to sun care.”
The brand is made in Texas, has a SPF of 50 and is water resistant.
What a truly brilliant idea! It is so nice to see Hugh taking his personal hardships and turning them into something that can help kids all over the country fight skin cancer!
Do you wear sunscreen every day? Now you can with Pure Sun!
