The fight between Chris Brown and Nia Guzman over child support for their daughter, Royalty, has heated up, as he got into an argument with Nia’s mom! She said he has to provide ‘security’ for Royalty and he argued that ‘no kid needs 4K a week.’ And that’s not even half of what Breezy said!
Yikes! Things were bound to get ugly between Chris Brown, 26, and Nia Guzman, 31, as they hash out a custody arrangement over their daughter, Royalty. While we expected Chris and Nia to get into a war of words, Nia’s mom decided to step in! She and Breezy then got into a nasty fight online!
It happened after Nia posted an adorable picture of Royalty to her Instagram account on July 1. Nia’s mother took the chance to leave a shady comment towards her granddaughter’s father. “She needs security even when she is with Nia,” Nia’s mom wrote, adding that Royalty “needs to go to a private school and she needs to live in a gated community for his own daughter’s safety!…period!”
Shots fired! Chris certainly wasn’t going to take this comment lying down. Breezy posted (a now deleted) rant on his own Instagram account, upset at the idea that he isn’t being a responsible father to his little girl.
“Obviously you aren’t looking out for my daughter by putting personal issues up on Instagram,” he started, and it took off from there. “I’m not going to be disrespectful and rude about this becuz I know and they know I provide and take care of my daughter equally. I work and have a job and so will the mother.” Burn! That was just the beginning!
Though Chris said he was not there to “bash anyone nor be confrontational” he surely decided to slam the accusations that he wasn’t caring his for his daughter. He said that “no kids needs 4k a week,” alluding to paternity suit he filed over the reported $15,000 a month Nia has demanded in child support.
Breezy ended his comment by saying that it will be “the last time Im ever saying my peace on the issue,” and that he’s happy to “let the courts handle everything else so we can handle the matter as civil adults.”
Chris has had enough! He’s no longer going to be the International Bank of Chris Brown. After trying to give Nia everything she wanted, a source close to the singer EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife.com that “he’s tired of this and he doesn’t feel like he has to come out of pocket and break bread for Nia so he can see his own daughter.”
Who do you side with in this fight, HollywoodLifers? Do you agree with Nia’s Mom that Chris needs to provide safety to his daughter? Or do you think Breezy is right in saying no child needs 4k a week?
