After a report claimed Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith’s marriage is on the rocks, is this couple thinking about following Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner’s example by getting a divorce? HollywoodLife.com has the EXCLUSIVE scoop on when Will and Jada might finally break-up and why it won’t happen for a while!
While rumors of a troubled marriage followed Ben Affleck, 42, and Jennifer Garner, 43, for years, they just announced their split after a decade together. Another couple in a reportedly similar situation is Will Smith, 46, and Jada Pinkett Smith, 43. Oh no! Is this Hollywood pair headed for a break-up like Bennifer? HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned when Will and Jada might consider signing the papers that would end their 17-year marriage!
“You know what they say, where there is smoke there is fire!” the source EXCLUSIVELY tells HollywoodLife.com, mentioning how Will and Jada are reportedly considering getting a divorce after Will allegedly took their “open marriage” too far.
“These divorce rumors have gone on as long as Ben & Jen and the reason for it is because [Will and Jada] have been close to divorcing for some time,” the source added. “The only difference is they are not going to pull the trigger on it anytime soon, if at all.”
Will and Jada’s marriage has gotten to a point where it’s “almost easier to stay together than to break it off,” the source tells HollywoodLife.com. Plus, there are three other reasons why Will and Jada may not pull a Ben and Jen for a few years: Trey Smith, Jaden Smith, and Willow Smith.
The soonest Jada and Will would divorce would be “when the kids are adults,” the source tells HollywoodLife.com, adding “That is what is most important to them – the kids’ welfare. They don’t want to divorce while [Trey, Jaden & Willow] are still young.”
After 17-years of being married, Jada was reportedly seriously considering divorce after Will continued to act too much like a single man, according to a Life & Style report. “In May, she consulted a high-profile divorce attorney after things hit rock bottom for them,” the insider told Life & Style, adding “At this point, their marriage might as well be a business arrangement.”
What do you think, HollywoodLifers? If these two are on the rocks, should they split up now or wait until all the kids are grown up?
