This is just too cool. Ahead of the all-female ‘Ghostbusters’ remake, we’ve now got our first look at the ladies’ incredible costumes and weapons. Check out the amazing pics!
Is it too early to declare the lady-lead Ghostbusters remake the best movie ever? Yeah, we don’t think so either. On June 29, director Paul Feig got us even more excited for the upcoming flick by tweeting a photo of the stars’ kick ass costumes. Yup, those legendary green jumpsuits. And then, he also shared a photo of the badass weapons which the women will be packing! The remake of the iconic 1984 film, which we sadly have to wait another year for until it comes out on July 22, 2016, will star comedy heavy hitters Kristen Wiig and Melissa McCarthy, amongst others, and we’re basically just taking every bit we can get. We’ve got the awesome photos below!
On June 29, the director took to his personal Twitter to share a seriously amazing picture of the costumes which Kristen, Melissa, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones will all be sporting when we finally get to see them kick some ghost butt on screen. In the photo, we see four jumpsuits, hanging nobly, waiting to serve their life’s purpose.
Even cooler, each jumpsuit is adorned with a name tag which, if you look closely, you can see bears the last name of all four stars. Of course, Paul posted an accompanying hashtag– the only suitable one there was, frankly. “#whatyougonnawear,” he wrote alongside the photo. Beyond brilliant, right?
So, next stop, seeing the ladies themselves rock the jumpsuits, right? And then how about a trailer? Actually, why don’t you all go ahead and just release the movie, like, yesterday and make us all happy. Sound good? Good. Check out the Tweet below!

Paul’s generosity didn’t stop there, though! On June 30, he also Tweeted what appears to be a photo of the weaponry which the women will be wielding to wipe out those spirits. Take a gander at that machinery!
