On ‘UnREAL,’ audiences are getting a look behind the scenes at reality television– only it’s not real. It’s scripted, just like many of the reality shows which it invokes. We chatted EXCLUSIVELY with series star Breeda Wool about the daring new drama!

Lifetime’s new show, UnREAL, is taking the world by storm, giving audiences a look at the drama behind the drama of reality television shows. Documenting the process of a Bachelor-like dating competition called EverlastingUnREAL is unlike anything that’s ever been on television before, and no one knows that more than star Breeda Wool.  We chatted with Breeda all about the bold new series, what we can expect to see for her character coming up– and whether she herself is a fan of The Bachelor!

“For me, it’s great,” Breeda told us EXCLUSIVELY about what it’s like working on such a risk-taking new kind of series. “This show is everything I’ve wanted to do.”

On UnREAL, Breeda plays Faith, a contestant on Everlasting who is (ironically) very religious, and was somewhat deemed a mockery early on. However, on the June 29 episode, we travel with Faith back to her hometown, and we’re going to learn a whole lot more about how she got to where she is. “You’re going to see why her relationship with God is the way it is,” Breeda teased of the hometown date. “There’s a reason that the relationship is like that… You’re going to see so much more about who she is.”

Of course, with so many comparisons being made between UnREAL and The Bachelor, we had to ask Breeda if she’s a fan of the long running dating series. “I don’t watch The Bachelor!” she said with a laugh. However, there are a few other reality shows which Breeda is not afraid to admit she’s a fan of. “I got really into Flavor of Love— and Little Divas!” she said. We absolutely do not blame you for those solid choices, Breeda.

Are you watching UnREAL? Are you excited for Faith’s big episode?
