As Bobbi Kristina Brown is in hospice care, her family waits by her side for the young girl to pass. Longtime friend of Whitney Houston, Tyler Perry, paid Bobbi a visit on June 28, sitting with the Browns and Houstons during this heartbreaking time.
Poor Bobbi Kristina Brown. Now that the 22-year old has been placed in hospice care, the daughter of the late Whitney Houston does not have a lot of time left. Friends and family members are now visiting to see her one last time, including close friend, Tyler Perry, 45.
Tyler visited the Peachtree Christian Hospice on June 28, reports Daily Mail. The Madea actor spent two hours at the facility with the Brown and Houston clan before leaving in his blue Rolls Royce. Bobbi Kristina’s relatives moved her into the hospice facility on June 24. Her aunt, Pat Houston, released a statement that Bobbi continues to “deteriorate” and that the young girl is “in God’s hands now.”
Tyler was very close to Whitney. In fact, he’s called “Uncle Tyler” by her family, and has been involved with Bobbi Kristina ever since her Jan 31 accident. He was constantly at the North Fulton Hospital where Bobbi was situated, having vowed to always be there for her. Tyler even made a generous offer to help Bobbi recover at his home, if she ever showed signs of tremendous improvement.
While Bobbi Kristina remains in hospice, a lawsuit on her behalf has been filed against her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, accusing him of stealing $11,000 from Bobbi Kristina and having savagely beat her before her accident. Along with that, Fulton Country District Attorney Paul L. Howard Jr. told HollywoodLife.com that they’re now looking into Bobbi’s accident with “greater interest.”
Anita Brikman, the Senior Vice President of Communication of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization EXCLUSIVELY talked with HollywoodLife.com over what it means now that Bobbi Kristina has been moved to Hospice care. “She’s now getting comfort care,” Anita told HollywoodLife.com. “What’s stopped is curative care. Comfort care is focused on eliminating stress and any kind of pain. We don’t prolong life or hasten death.” Anita also said that there’s “no way to predict” how long Bobbi will survive in hospice care.
This situation is quite devastating, HollywoodLifers. Please, send your condolences to Bobbi Kristina’s family below.
