Caitlyn Jenner was expected to be supported by all ten of her children at the ESPY Awards on July 15, but HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned that Rob Kardashian won’t be there when she accepts her Arthur Ashe Courage Award. Find out why!
Is Rob Kardashian snubbing Caitlyn Jenner? Kris Jenner‘s only son won’t be attending the ESPY Awards on July 15, even though his siblings — all 9 of them — will be there to support Caitlyn when she accepts her Arthur Ashe Courage Award. So what gives? Here’s what we know.
“While Rob completely supports Caitlyn, it’s highly unlikely he will attend the show. If he can lose a ton of weight in the next couple of weeks, maybe he will go. But being in large crowds is not his thing. He doesn’t want to have a panic attack and make a fool of himself. He wants it to be about Caitlyn, not him,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, Rob’s been going through a health crisis — he has gained a lot of weight over the last couple of years, and he’s battling depression. The last time he was pictured in public (during a late-night fast food run), it caused a media firestorm. And Rob doesn’t want that to happen again.
“Caitlyn understands Rob’s challenges and supports him 100%. She has put absolutely no pressure on him to attend the show. She wouldn’t take his no-show as a sign of anything negative or personal. She’s the last person to make anyone do anything that doesn’t feel right,” our source adds.
Rob Kardashian: Life Coach Moving In To Help Him Get His Life Back On Track
On a positive note, there may be hope on the horizon. HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY learned that Rob wants to get his life “back on track,” so he has agreed to let a life coach move in with him.
“He realizes it’s going to take a lot of work, but he’s telling everyone he’s ready to do it. He’s agreed to have a life coach move in with him to help with his diet and workouts, so that’s got everyone very hopeful. It’s not the first time he’s made promises like this, so they’ll believe it when they see it. But they’re hopeful and they’re going to do whatever it takes to support him,” our source says.
What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Should Rob attend the ESPY Awards? Vote in our poll and tell us how you feel!
