False alarm! While rumors have swirled that Kourtney Kardashian is expecting her fourth baby with Scott Disick, the truth is that she isn’t pregnant again.
Still just a family of five! Kourtney Kardashian, 36, certainly has her hands full, looking after her three kiddos Mason, Penelope and Reign — not to mention her 32-year-old man-child/boyfriend Scott Disick. A source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians beauty does not have a bun in her oven — and is in no rush to welcome a new addition to the Disick clan!
“Kourtney is not pregnant. She does not want another kid right now, she wants to fix her relationship with Scott,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “They have been in a bad place for a long time, she doesn’t want to end the romance but she does need to see him make some major changes before she’d have another child with him.” Totally valid reasons, Kourt!
Besides — taking care of Scott is pretty much the same thing has having a fourth baby anyhow. And the eldest Kardashian sister is so over it. “Kourtney is putting her energy into taking care of herself and her kids right now. She’s done with trying to look after Scott,” our insider continues. “At this point, she feels like it’s up to him to fix himself because she can’t keep looking after him forever.” Preach!
Plus, Kourtney’s current priority isn’t childbirth — it’s keeping her sexy post-baby body in check! “Kourtney is concentrating on her body, she looks amazing and getting pregnant right now is not the plan,” our source explains. “If anything, she wants to getting in even better shape!”
To stay svelte, the 36-year-old stunner has been turning to the Don-A-Matrix method — a workout regimen created by her longtime trainer, Don Brooks. The fitness guru lifted the lid on Kourtney’s sweat sessions and revealed just how she achieved that impressive 6-pack only half a year after having Reign in Dec. 2014.
“The plank is a favorite, but we take it to another level opening and closing the legs like scissors while at the same time raising and dropping the hips! So not only are you strengthening the core but also timing the hips, thighs and waist,” Don told E!. “[We also do] the trunk twist along with a back row using the bands. The benefit of this exercise will give you flat abs and coke bottle obliques while removing those fat handles from the back and arms.”
Created by Don himself, he explains that the system is “set up like a game.” A game that Kourtney likes to play 3-5 times a week. The regimen involves Kourtney performing a variety of high-octane moves within the space of an hour — which is a whole lot shorter than another nine months.
