Kylie Jenner: Being Bullied For Her ‘Awkward’ Looks Led To Cosmetic Surgery

Thu, June 18, 2015 9:58pm EDT by Chris Rogers 16 Comments

Kylie Jenner is only 17 years old, but she’s already had some work done on her face. We’ve always wondered why, as Kylie’s naturally beautiful, but HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned that bullying led the ‘KUWTK’ star to getting lip fillers.

On June 17, Kylie Jenner took to Snapchat to share an emotional message with her viewers about bullying. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 17, said she’s been bullied by the entire world since she was nine years old, and following the release of the videos, HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY learned that the bullying led to Kylie’s cosmetic surgery.

“Kylie was awkward growing up and got teased by boys and catty girls for her looks. It scarred her emotionally and gave her serious insecurities, which led to getting lip fillers and coating herself in lots and lots of makeup,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.

It’s a shame that Kylie felt the need to get lip fillers in an effort to feel more confident. She has always been gorgeous to us and certainly didn’t need them. But as long as she’s happy, that’s all we care about. Hopefully, Kylie’s Snapchat videos will help others going through similar situations.

Kylie Jenner ‘Bullied’ By The World Since Age 9 — Her Emotional Confession

I’ve been bullied since I’ve been nine…from the whole world, it feels like sometimes,” Kylie admitted in the videos posted on Snapchat June 17 (watch them here). “I think I’ve done a good job at handing all this, but there’s bullies everywhere. So this is just a little late Snapchat to tell whoever has their own bullies that the only opinion that really matters is yours and to never change.”

That’s so true! The only opinion that matters is yours alone.

What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Should Kylie stop getting plastic surgery or do you think she should do what she wants? Vote in our poll and tell us how you feel!
