Yikes. While on their way to Disneyland for North West’s birthday on June 15, Kylie Jenner and Tyga were pulled over by the cops for speeding. Haven’t they learned from Caitlyn Jenner’s deadly car crash?
Kylie Jenner, 17, and Tyga, 25, have some explaining to do after a recent incident with the police. Unfortunately, the couple were pulled over while Tyga was driving because he was clocked going way over the speed limit with his underage girlfriend in the car. This is upsetting to hear, especially because Caitlyn Jenner, 65, was involved in a tragic accident in Feb. 2015 just a few months earlier that left another driver dead.
It happened on Monday, June 15: red and blue lights followed closely behind Tyga’s car as he drove well over the speed limit with Kylie in the passenger seat. Their destination? Disneyland, where they were set to meet up with Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, and more family members who were celebrating North’s 2nd birthday at the theme park. Even if they weren’t running late, they definitely were once they were pulled over on the highway.
Tyga was allegedly clocked at doing 82mph — a whopping 17mph over the speed limit, reports TMZ. This was an incredibly dangerous move for Tyga to make, especially with his girlfriend in the car. Not only did he put himself and Kylie in danger, but he also put other cars on the road in danger. Sadly, he doesn’t appear to have learned anything from Caitlyn after her nasty car crash. She was still Bruce at the time, and the accident left one person dead. So sad.
Believe it or not, Tyga managed to drive away without a ticket for speeding. Unfortunately, he received two other tickets instead: one for driving without license plates, and another for his dark tinted windows. You’re lucky, Tyga! Those are two quick fixes, and neither will leave points on his drivers license like a speeding ticket would.
