Madonna released an epic, star-studded video for ‘Bitch I’m Madonna.’ It’s a shame most of her fans can’t watch it! The Material Girl’s fans were outraged over having to sign up to Tidal — and pay! — in order to see the new video and they decided to lash out online!
Madonna’s new video seems to have everything: colorful fashion; awesome dance moves; cameos from everyone from Katy Perry, 30, to Kanye West, 38. What the 56-year old music icon might have forgotten is that not everyone is a Tidal subscriber, and Madonna’s fans were upset that they had to pay in order to see her new video. Oh, they were really mad and they let their frustrations be known online!
Madonna dropped the new video on July 17, but fans without a Tidal subscription could not legally see it! This, of course, made them livid! They couldn’t believe that they would have to sign up – and shell out anywhere from $9.99 to $19.99 a month – in order to see this cool new video.
Getting exclusives like the “Bitch I’m Madonna” video is supposedly one of the perks of the service. Fans didn’t really see it that way. They went on to social media to let Madonna and everyone know their displeasure! Some couldn’t afford the monthly fee, claiming they were too “pore” [sic].
Others were just upset that Madonna expected people to pay ten bucks to see it, saying “Tidal is overestimating how much [people] want to watch Madonna’s new video.” Of course, some fans said they’re “waiting for [the] VEVO upload” or when the vid gets posted elsewhere.
@Madonna upload your music video to Vevo and stop trying to make Tidal happen, it is never going to happen.

Seems the only person that Madonna’s video didn’t upset is Taylor Swift! Though “Bitch I’m Madonna” first appeared to be a knock-off of Taylor’s “Bad Blood” video, what with all the cameos, Taylor was actually thrilled that Madge was doing it. “Taylor can’t wait to see the video, she’s the biggest Madonna fan,” a source EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife.com “It’s surreal to her to have all these people talking about how Madonna could be doing her own version of ‘Bad Blood.’ She can’t get over it!”
What do you think, HollywoodLifers? Are fans justified for being upset? Or do you think they should sign up for Tidal? Should Madonna release the video elsewhere?
