Can your Nana do a headstand? If not, she’d better start practicing to get as good as the 60-year-old dance teacher in this viral video — Shirley Clements totally killed a dance routine to Bruno Mars’ ‘Uptown Funk’, and we can’t get enough! Did we mention that SHE DOES A HEADSTAND?

Breakdancing, electric sliding and general funky awesomeness are the main players in this amazing video, uploaded by the Artistic Edge Dance Academy on March 11. Dance teacher Shirley Clements, 60, performs Bruno Mars‘ song “Uptown Funk” alongside her students and basically shows them how it’s done. The crowd goes insane the entire time, and for good reason — the woman has some serious moves. You’ve got to check out this video!

Dance teacher Shirley Clements totally owns in this video as she shimmies, slides and breakdances to “Uptown Funk” during a Canadian high school hip-hop competition. The dance crew is well-coordinated, but the star of the show is the highly-talented (and high-energy) dance teacher. The best part comes near the end, when she actually goes upside down. This is Shirley’s last year as a gym and dance teacher, as Global News reports, and she definitely went out with a bang.  Of course, we don’t want to give it all away — watch for yourself!

More Of 2015’s Best Viral Videos

This has been a great year so far for viral clips. There was that other epic dance number, when the senior class at Hawaii’s Kahuku High School performed a mind-blowing routine at their high school graduation ceremony. Then there was that creepy “Teletubbies” mashup video that set a black and white clip from the children’s show to “Atmosphere” by the band Joy Division. Finally, let’s not forget about the hilarious video of a father teaching his son a very valuable lesson — he uses some pretty extreme measures to ensure his kid will never lie again. Pure gold!

HollywoodLifers, is Shirley Clements your new hero? Let us know what you think of her epic dance moves!
