On June 8, Beyoncé appeared on GMA, promoting 22 Days Nutrition, the vegan meal delivery plan she credits for giving her her lean body. “I’m not naturally the thinnest woman,” she said, adding, “I have curves. I have struggled since a young age with diets. Finding something that actually works and keeps the weight off has been difficult for me.”
But it seems that her vegan diet may have some other noteworthy results, in the form of her glowing skin.
