Get excited! Naya Rivera landed a book deal for her tell-all memoir called ‘Sorry Not Sorry,’ set to debut in spring 2016, where she’ll dish ‘juicy’ stories about guys, ‘Glee,’ and ‘so much more.’ Could we finally hear the full story of her relationship with ex-fiance Big Sean?
Who’s ready to get real with Naya Rivera? The 28-year-old Glee star sold her tell-all memoir, Sorry Not Sorry: Dreams, Mistakes and Growing Up, to Joanna Ng at Tarcher Books, she announced on Twitter on June 8. It sounds like Naya will be holding absolutely nothing back, and we can expect the full scoop on everything from working on Glee to her relationship with ex-fiance Big Sean, 26, — and much, much more!
“Can’t wait until next spring! So many juicy stories about my life. Glee, guys, growing up & much more. #sorrynotsorry,” Naya wrote on Twitter along with a screenshot of an article announcing her book deal. Honestly, we can’t wait to hear Naya’s story. The actress has had one heck of a journey to stardom, starting out as a waitress at Hooters before landing her claim to fame television role, starring as Santana Lopez on Glee. Perhaps we’ll finally get to hear the truth about her alleged feud with Glee cast mate Lea Michele, too.
Her romantic life will especially be juicy to hear about. Though she’s happily moved on from Big Sean with her husband Ryan Dorsey, whom she is expecting her first child with, it was not a simple break up. Big Sean has opened up about their relationship before, calling their romance “one of the darkest times” in his life, but now it’s time we hear Naya’s side of the story.
It sounds like absolutely nothing will be left out of the story. Tarcher books announced in a statement that Naya’s memoir will offer “candid thoughts on topics ranging from dating… to the challenges of being mixed-race in Hollywood.”
Since Big Sean’s split from Ariana Grande, he recently apologized to Naya for the rude way he ended their relationship, HollywoodLife.com learned EXCLUSIVELY.
“Sean has reached out to Naya since his split with Ariana. He has some regrets about how everything went down with her, as well as publicly dissing her, and is now trying to make amends,” a source told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “Unfortunately she doesn’t seem interested in hearing it.” Let her memoir do the talking!
