Zac Posen dominated the red carpet, with award show co-host and nominee for her role in “On The 20th Century,” Kristin Chenoweth, wearing a shimmering gown by the designer. The metallic cut out dress fit the petite actress like a glove and gave us some retro, Old Hollywood vibes. Also wearing Zac Posen, this time in a gorgeous green strapless number, was Tony nominee Annaleigh Ashford. And finally, Broadway legend Bernadette Peters also wore a strapless, satin green number from the designer.
Mad Men turned Broadway star Elisabeth Moss wore a colorful floral Oscar de la Renta gown and looked stunning! “The Heidi Chronicles” nominee’s white dress featured embroidered pink, yellow and purple flowers, which the actress paired with a matching bright pink lip. Also wearing Oscar was Broadway newbie Amanda Seyfried in a black and gold off the shoulder gown. Gorgeous!
Taking a style risk on the red carpet was Ashley Tisdale in a cut out, black jumpsuit with a flowy top. The actress paired the strapless number with a very on-trend gold choker.
