Thank goodness, Dean is okay! Along with 18 other of his ‘Gilmore Girls’ cast members, Jared Padalecki attended the reunion in Austin, Texas and looked better than ever! See a ton of pics right here.
Jared Padalecki is back at it — and we couldn’t be more happy. After canceling Supernatural event last minute in May due to “exhaustion,” he tweeted cryptic messages that he needed a break. Luckily, he looks A-OK and he reunited with his Gilmore Girls cast members this weekend at ATX TV Festival!
We can’t get over these pictures! Before taking the stage for the epic reunion of basically every single person ever on GG (except Melissa McCarthy), many of the stars shared pics with their cast members. Of course, we put them into a gallery for you. While we knew that Jared was set to attend, we weren’t really sure if he was going to after his break he took just last month.
“Dear #JIBCON and #AHBL6. I am in desperate and urgent need of my family. I am so sorry to tell you this but I must head home,” Jared tweeted on May 15. “I need all of the love I can get right now. Please please give me a few seconds of your time and write me. #AlwaysKeepFighting”
After, his manager told HollywoodLife.com that he had “pushed himself to his limits and is suffering from exhaustion.”
Well, Jared did hang with his cast mates in Austin (here’s a full recap!)
Jared Reveals Personal Struggles
In March, he opened up to our sister site Variety just months before, about his work with To Write Love on Her Arms, and admitting his own personal struggles.
“I, for a long time, have been passionate about people dealing with mental illness and struggling with depression, or addiction, or having suicidal thoughts,” he told the mag. “I, in the past, have had my own struggles of not [being] so happy with where I am in life, which is strange and I think it goes to show. Maybe a lot of people don’t know this, but Season 3, we were shooting an episode, and I went back to my trailer to get changed and just kind of broke down.”
Well, we’re just happy that Jared is okay — and to see him back with his Gilmore Girls family.
