Serena Williams just cracks herself up! Even in the middle of an intense match, the toughest athletes have to let it out every once in a while, which is just what the pro tennis player did after hilariously missing an easy shot at the French Open. Watch it here!

Epic fail! Serena Williams, 33, doesn’t make very many mistakes on the tennis court, but even she knows how to laugh at herself when an unexpected mishap happens. During her first round French Open match on May 26, Serena burst into a laughing fit after failing to return an easy shot. You have to see this hilarious video!

Serena Williams Misses Easy Shot & Cracks Up

Serena kicked off her French Open run against Andrea Hlavackova, and while she remained focused for most of the bout, she lost it for a minute there! The incident happened in the first set, when Andrea lobbed a high shot that Serena didn’t quite follow — and it hit her on the back.

But instead of getting frustrated, the No. 1 woman’s player began cracking up, even leaning over to catch her breath amidst the fit. It’s always good to have a sense of humor, right?!

The funny moment had no impact on Serena’s game though, and she beat Andrea in two sets, 6-2 and 6-3, in less than an hour. Moving on!

Serena Williams’ Competition At The French Open

Serena is the top seed at this year’s French Open, and with this win, has secured herself a spot in the second round. She won titles at this tournament in 2002 and 2013.

In round 2, Serena will take on Anna-Lena Friedsam of Germany, who is just 21 years old. Her pal, Caroline Wozniacki, is also still up for the title, competing against Julia Gorges, also of Germany, in her second round match.

Unfortunately, Serena’s sis, Venus Williams, was eliminated in round 1.

HollywoodLifers, what did you think of Serena’s reaction to the easy miss? Do you think she has what it takes to win the French Open?
