She may have gotten her start alongside her famous family on ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians,’ but Kylie is ready to branch out onto a show of her own, HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned. Get the scoop on her future plans!
Filming about Bruce Jenner’s, 65, transition for Keeping Up With The Kardashians has been difficult for his daughter, Kylie Jenner, 17, but HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned that, despite previous reports, she plans to stick around…for now. Here’s what we know about why Kylie’s decided to stay on the show, and how she’s convinced it will help her future.
Kylie Jenner Wants Her Own Television Show
“She wants her own show,” an insider tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “She wants her own identity.” But it’s not just a Karadshian-esque reality show she’s interested in. “Kylie would also like to do a show like Celebrity Apprentice,” our source adds.
Still, until any moves toward that happen, she plans to stick around KUWTK, hoping it’ll be for her personal gain. “She knows she can’t get anything else without Keeping Up, so she’s going to stay,” our insider says.
In the most recent Kardashians episode, Kylie’s sisters tried to pull her out of a funk she’d been in while dealing with Bruce’s big transition news. Having to film all of this for the show is what reportedly began to push the 17-year-old over the edge.
“Bruce felt he’d waited long enough to open up and transform the way he wanted, but Kylie wasn’t ready and feels blindsided,” Life & Style claims. The mag adds that Kylie also didn’t like the way she was coming off on camera, so she’s ready to move on.
During the show’s May 24 episode, Bruce opened up about his concerns for Kylie amid his transition. “She has shut me out. That’s what bothers me,” he admitted. “My big concern is just…we have had such a close relationship and my kids are everything and I don’t want that space between us. I don’t want her to go away emotionally.”
Lucky for Bruce, it looks like Kylie is planning to stick around, so he’ll still get to work toward rebuilding that relationship.
