Jenelle Evans, 23, has been wanted by Myrtle Beach, SC police after her ex-fiancee, Nathan Griffith, 27, filed a report alleging the mom-of-two assaulted him. HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned why Miss Evans plans on doing the right thing by handing herself over to the police on May 28 — and intends to “fully redeem herself” after this slight setback. Read on for all of the scoop!
Jenelle Evans Turning Herself In For Alleged Attack On Nathan Griffith
“Jenelle plans on turning herself over to the police tomorrow. She has made a conscious effort to change her life and be a better person and she’s disappointed this has happened,” a source close to the MTV star tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “As of now, she plans on ending her relationship with Nathan for good, who is only a negative influence on her life.”
Indeed, he is. On the early morning of Wednesday, May 27, the Teen Mom 2 stars got into a domestic dispute. Nathan reported the incident to the police, alleging that Jenelle “began slapping, punching, and trying to knock [him] down.” Unfortunately, the 23-year-old’s temper got the best of her and she acted out in ways that “she regrets.”
“Nathan was giving Jenelle a hard time, refusing to let her have [their 11-month-old son] Kaiser and then she found out he had another girl staying at the house and that’s when things escalated. She is furious that Nathan was able to bring out the worst in her,” our insider explains.
“But her anger came from Nathan threatening to not let her have Kaiser and the fact that he also had a girl over his house when he claimed he wanted to be with Jenelle again,” the source adds. No wonder she was upset!
Expect to see all the action take place when season 6 of Teen Mom 2 premieres July 9 at 10 p.m. on MTV.
