Good ol’ Ramona! On the upcoming episode of ‘The Real Housewives of New York,’ Ms. Singer reminds everyone of her unmatched gift to turn something positive into a classic RHONY smackdown.
On the May 26 episode of The Real Housewives of New York, Ramona Singer is being complimented by Heather Thomson and LuAnn de Lesseps about how much she’s grown as a person. However, to basically ensure that they immediately eat their words, Ramona manages to turn their kind intentions into a champagne-fueled, dinner time feud. Classic Singer Stinger. Watch the sneak peek right now!
‘RHONY’: Ramona & Heather Feud
In a sneak peek for the new episode, we see Ramona, Heather, LuAnn and Dorinda Medley having a reflective dinner together. The evening starts off on a positive note. “Good men, good food and good champagne,” LuAnn says, raising a glass.
However, somehow the conversation very quickly turns into Ramona’s perception of everyone else’s issues with her. “Heather and LuAnn, you have this sort of wall up of insincerity around me and I didn’t want to break it down, like I can’t be bothered,” Ramona says, getting oddly confrontational. “Now you’re being aggressive– I’m trying to share something with you and you’re being aggressive.”
‘I Have Always Been This Way’
Heather tries to calm Ramona down and explain what she meant. “I’m trying to say we didn’t get off on the right foot together,” she says, as we flashback to a distant time called 2013 when Ramona tells Heather (for the first time) that she’s fake.
Back in the present, Heather adds “I have seen a lot of change and growth in you as a person.”
Obviously, Ramona finds this to be extremely offensive. “But Heather, I have always been this way,” she says to her, appalled.
With that, in classic Ramona fashion, she halts the conversation dead in its tracks because she’s done with it and instead gets up to sit on Dorinda’s lap and smother her with kisses.
Do you, Ramona!
What do you think of the sneak peek? Do you think Heather was giving Ramona a compliment or was it totally backhanded?
