Wow! It’s not everyday that a hip hop star saves somebody’s life, but on May 16, Steven Howse, better known as Bone Thugs-n-Harmony member, Layzie Bone, became a hero for one Wyoming man during a dangerous driving incident. Find out what happened!

Rapper to the rescue! While heading to a concert in Riverton, Wyoming, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony‘s Steven Howse, 40, (aka Layzie Bone) spotted a vehicle driving haphazardly ahead of his tour bus. Eventually, the driver’s erratic driving forced him to cross the entire highway and spiral to a stop. That’s when Layzie and his crew got out and rushed to the man’s side to make sure he received the medical attention he needed for his diabetic shock. We have the details!

Layzie Bone Saves Life After Man Experiences Diabetic Shock

Layzie knew something wasn’t right from the moment he saw the car driving in and out of lines, swerving across the road. Opening up to KWTO News, the rapper explained that the man behind the wheel appeared to be very disoriented. Layzie was right. The driver was experiencing diabetic shock and lost control of his vehicle.

After running to his side, Layzie did his best to get the man to come to his senses. “He didn’t know who anybody was, so I said, ‘Do you know Bone Thugs-n-Harmony?’ And he kinda woke up. He was like, ‘Yeah,'” he explained.

When the 40-year-old and his entourage realized the man was not intoxicated, but going through diabetic shock, they immediately brought him fruit. “I ran over there and started feeding him the apples and oranges begging him to eat it,” he remembers. What a guy!

After Layzie was able to get the driver stabilized, EMS came to the scene and determined the man to be okay. Phew, talk about a miracle!

Layzie Bone Thanks God For Being Able To Save Man’s Life

Layzie took to Instagram to share his gratitude over being able to save someone’s life. He posted this pic below and told his 49-thousand followers:

“Dear Lord, thank you for your mercy, grace and forgiveness for 2nd chances. We just witnessed a man 24 years old driving super erratically from Casper Wyoming to Riverton Wyoming. We thought he was a drunk doing 60mph when he spun out of control and did a complete 180• degrees, Thank God he didn’t flip he was 30 ft in front of us. Turns out after we stopped to check on him he was having a diabetic shock. Thanks to the EMS on the scene that happens to be driving right behind us from Indiana and the cute old couple in the RV for the apples and oranges we gave him. My heart is still racing. Again, thank you Jahovah for protecting this young man and thanks that we didn’t have to witness the worse. @TONYBFBG WHEW now let’s do this show. Be safe people Layzie loves ya.”
