Great idea! Rob may be ready for a return to the dance floor. The troubled Kardashian star has been struggling with his weight and is considering whether a return to the show will help whip him into shape.
It’s been almost five years since Rob Kardashian, 28, nearly won the mirror ball trophy on Dancing With The Stars. Now the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star might return to the show, as a way to deal with his struggles with his weight –but some big details may keep him from coming back.
‘DWTS’: Rob Kardashian Joining Next Season To Lose Weight?
He was last seen on the dancing competition show in 2011, where he made an impressive showing with partner Cheryl Burke, 31, coming in second place to war hero JR Martinez, 31. Now Kim’s little brother is considering a return for a special one night performance and has even gotten serious about his diet, to get ready.
But will the reclusive Rob accept the invitation? “Rob hasn’t ruled it out,” notes the insider, “the happiest anyone ever saw this kid was when he was dancing every day.”
Rob, who is known to struggle with his weight, is taking the offer seriously and the source claims that, “He’s back on his diet and has already lost several pounds ”
The sticking point on the entire deal may be the money, with the reality star reportedly holding out for $50,000 in order to make his return. But if he’s really ready to make a return to reality TV, why not start with the show that made his family famous
The entire Kardashian clan turned out to offer support for Bruce Jenner as he goes through his transition, on a special episode of KUTWK, but brother Rob was noticeably absent from the show. HollywoodLife.com has the EXCLUSIVE on why he missed out.
“Rob is in rough shape — he has major depression, anger problems, and weight problems. He needs to help himself and not be on a TV show or lend his two cents on Bruce’s transition,” our source claims.
Maybe some dancing is just what he needs to get back into a good place.
