‘The Bachelorette’ Promo: Kaitlyn Gets Attacked For Having Sex — Watch

She’s been ‘The Bachelorette’ for about a minute and already Kaitlyn’s getting attacked. In a new promo for the season, we get a highlight of her journey, which includes her admitting to having sex — and everyone’s really mad.

“If the physical part of the relationship isn’t there for me, that’s a deal breaker,” Kaitlyn Bristowe said honestly in the new promo of The Bachelorette, but apparently it was there for one man. While most of the intimacy of the show usually takes place in the fantasy suite, this time it happens before — and she admits it. Let’s start there: Kaitlyn’s the first of the franchise to every actually come clean about hooking up, when we know it’s happened in previous seasons (I’m looking at you Juan Pablo).

‘The Bachelorette’: Kaitlyn Has Sex In New Promo

ABC has definitely stepped up with this trailer — it has everything you want to see: hooking up, drama, falling in love, and a lot of tears. We’ll start with the hooking up since that’s what everyone wants to know about. We see Kaitlyn going into her hotel room with one of the guys, and (not so tastefully) we get sound effects coming from her window.

Cut to the shameful next morning. “I don’t understand, it just happened,” her voiceover says as she stands on her balcony crying. “I don’t think I’m a bad person and I’m not ashamed of myself, but I do have other relationships and one of those relationships went too far too fast. That’s just something I did, I made a huge mistake.”

With that, she sits down with the guys for “the most important conversation” of the season, and admits to having sex with one of them. After that, the guys go off — they’re sobbing, yelling, and one — Ian, flat out tells her: “I question your intentions. I feel like you are here to make out with a bunch of dudes on TV.” Calm it down, Ian.

Welcome Back

While the promo definitely isn’t in the order of actual events it is odd because we see her again in a bed with a man later on — he’s holding on to the headboard and all (this show’s really getting raunchy, guys). That time, her voiceover says, “I don’t care what people think. This is a marriage and part of that is intimacy.”

It sounds like this season will be a can’t miss. Oh yeah, and Nick Viall‘s back — as long as it’s not him she slept with, I’m good. And if it is, we know he’ll tell the world anyway. What do you think, HollywoodLifers?
