Is Selena Gomez coming to reality television?! The singer is reportedly working with Kris Jenner to produce a Kardashian-esque show of her own. Find out how Justin Bieber played a part in her decision!
Selena Gomez, 22, may be in a bit of an awkward situation with Kendall Jenner, 19, who has hooked up with her ex, Justin Bieber, 21, but she’s more buddy-buddy with the model’s mom, Kris Jenner, 59, than ever! In fact, thanks to the momager, Selena’s even in talks to star in her own reality show, a new report claims. Here are the deets!
Selena Gomez Reality Show: Working With Kris Jenner As Producer — Report
This would definitely be a big move for the “I Want You To Know” singer, who has already made a name for herself as a singer and actress. Why not try reality TV next, right?!
And who better to break into that empire than the queen of reality television herself, Kris?! The pair have already started working on ideas, the mag adds. “She’s serious when she tells Selena that her show will cause the Kardashians’ own ratings to dip!”
Kris and Selena’s unlikely bond is pretty interesting, considering the 22-year-old seemed to have a bit of a falling out with Kris’ daughter, Kendall, over the last year or so.
“Kris brought up to Selena at the Met Ball that Kylie missed her and that she would love to see them talk again,” an insider told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “It’s massive baby steps, but they have been testing it out to become friends again and have talked and obviously hung out. It’s a work in progress between them. They won’t be hanging out together alone yet, but in a group, it seems to have worked out positively.”
Selena and Kendall saw similar results during a New Year’s holiday to Dubai, during which they traveled with a bunch of mutual friends. However, since the model continued her friends with benefits relationship with Justin once the trip ended, Selena and her haven’t been seen hanging out since.
HollywoodLifers, do you think this report is true? Would you watch a Selena Gomez reality show?!
