Kate and William welcomed their Princess on May 2, and Kate is already following a healthy routine to bounce back to her pre-baby weight. Check out her post-baby diet and exercise routine below!
Kate Middleton Post-Baby Diet — Juicing & Yoga
Us Weekly magazine reported in their June 1 issue that Kate’s sister Pippa Middleton “arranged to have fresh juices delivered to Kate every three days,” according to a family source.
“It was a surprise treat. Kate used to blend her own juices and this is much easier.” If you’re in NYC, check out my favorite: Juice Generation.
The British Press reportedly calls Kate the “smoothie Queen” because she loves the NutriBullet mini mixer.
After the birth of Charlotte, the source adds that Kate is not dieting, but drinking juices to stay healthy for her two children and husband.
“She just enjoys green juice in the morning. It’s Kate’s go-to for an extra boost.” Apparently, Prince William loves juicing, too!
“Pippa was the one who got them into juicing. They all love it.” Pippa is studying to be a nutritionist, according to Us Weekly.
To stay toned, Kate has been doing yoga at home since giving birth to Charlotte on May 2.
Kate Middleton’s Favorite Makeup
We can’t wait to see Kate’s first public appearance since leaving the hospital with her new baby girl.
In the meantime, copy her beauty routine. She’s reportedly a fan of Karin Herzog Oxygen Face cream for her oily skin.
She uses the Urban Decay Naked Palette and Lancome Hypnose Mascara to accentuate her eyes.
