Chris Pratt, 35, just revealed some very exciting news from inside the Marvel superhero universe. Not only will he be back as Star-Lord in the Guardians of the Galaxy sequel, but he also shared that the cocky-but-charming space hero will be included in a handful of other films. So, does this mean he could join the ranks of the Avengers?
Chris Pratt’s Star-Lord In Marvel Films: Future Avenger?
Those of you who are massive fans of the Marvel movie universe probably saw this coming after that bonus scene at the end of Avengers: Age of Ultron. If Thanos is their next big threat, then it only makes sense that Star-Lord will get involved with the earth crew, right?
Well, Chris Pratt himself just confirmed the news — even though it may have been accidental!
“I’m tied to doing three more, or five more, Guardians of the Galaxy or whatever it is, you know, two more Guardians plus another couple…,” Chris told GQ inside their June issue, which he is on the cover of.
Although he didn’t elaborate on what exactly that means, even the interviewer assumed that that meant Star-Lord would appear in other Marvel films such as the third Avengers, and possibly an upcoming Captain America film.
Can you imagine the Cap curbing Star-Lord on his language? Hilarious!
