It’s finally here! A first look at the highly anticipated Peter Pan film titled simply, ‘Pan,’ has just been released and it looks freaking amazing!

Because we’ll never want to grow up! Peter Pan is everywhere these days– including at the center of a brand new creation called Pan. In the new film, which won’t hit theaters until Oct. 9, Cara Delevingne takes on the glowing mermaid, and she looks absolutely stunning (but, duh). Also in this trailer, we get our first glimpse of Hugh Jackman, taking on the villainous Blackbeard, and he just might be the creepiest Peter Pan baddy yet! In other words, what are you still doing here? Watch the clip right now!

‘Pan’ Trailer

“You are extraordinary– more than you can imagine,” Peter is told in this trailer for Pan.

Um, you could definitely say that again! And even though we’ve seen the perpetual boy in too many movies and TV incarnations to count, this trailer is totally still giving us chills.

For starters, the movie is from the same studio who brought us the Harry Potter films (in case you forgot, those managed to do okay). But if that weren’t enough to make us know this thing is going to be epic, all we need to do is take a look at that cast.

Along with Hugh and Cara, the flick also stars Rooney MaraAmanda Seyfried and Garrett Hedlund. Are you blinded by the star power?

The ‘Peter Pan’ Effect

In the past year or so, Peter Pan has been having a major moment.

For one thing, in what is now an annual tradition, NBC broadcasted a live action Peter Pan production back in December, starring none other than Girls actress, Allison Williams as the spry boy in green.

Also Peter-centric, one of this year’s hottest new shows on Broadway, Finding Neverland, is all about the real life story of the man who wrote the original Peter Pan books, and it stars Glee star Matthew Morrison.

Talk about an ongoing legacy!

What do you think of the Pan trailer? Are you excited for the movie?
