Kim is opening up once again to ‘Access Hollywood’ about Bruce’s transition and this time she discusses walking in on Bruce dressed in women’s clothing and reveals that at the time she didn’t understand what was going on with her stepdad.
Kim Kardashian has become one of Bruce Jenner‘s biggest and most vocal supporters throughout his transition. The reality star tells Access Hollywood host, Billy Bush, in the second part of their three part interview that she first discovered Bruce’s secret 12 years ago when she accidentally walked in on him wearing women’s clothing. She says she was so shaken up that she ran out of the house, packed her things and fled to Kourtney Kardashian‘s house.
Kim Kardashian On The First Time She Saw Bruce Jenner Dressed As Her: ‘I Was Shaking’
Kim is being really candid about her thoughts on Bruce’s transition and we really are shocked that she kept Bruce’s secret for so many years.
“I just put my head down, ran into the house, and I remember I was literally shaking, packing and overnight bag to sleep at [Kourtney Kardashian]’s house,” she said. “I just remember thinking, ‘Oh, my god! I’ve caught him with this secret and he didn’t want me to see this,’ so I just got out of there so fast. He called me 30 minutes later. I went to Kourtney’s and I was crying and we were researching it online. We had no idea what any of this meant or what I saw.”
She goes on to say that Bruce called her: “He said, ‘One day, we’ll talk about this. I hope you’re OK.’ I said, ‘Is everyone in the house OK?’ I didn’t know what it meant. He said, ‘Yes, everyone’s fine. Just don’t tell anyone.'”
Kim Confesses: I’ve Met Bruce As ‘Her’ — ‘She’s Beautiful’
Kim also told Billy that she has met Bruce as “her.”
“It was amazing and she looked beautiful, really beautiful,” she said. “She was dressed up, beautiful make-up, beautiful hair, very, very beautiful and very comfortable.”
We are happy that Kim is speaking out on Bruce’s behalf because this is a very emotional situation.
