Whoa! We knew Taylor Swift’s music video for ‘Bad Blood’ was going to be awesome, but that just seriously blew our minds! With her bestie Selena Gomez by her side, the two pop divas faced off, making the world premiere of this music video even better than we expected!
This might be a bold statement, but we think “Bad Blood” could be the most incredible music video Taylor Swift, 25, has ever made! Serving up a major dose of girl power, Taylor wowed us with intense action, super-sexy costumes and every single one of her famous BFF’s starring in the Furious 7-inspired clip. The best part? She squared off with her girlfriend, Selena Gomez, 22 — and it was epic! If this vid is a message to Tay-Tay’s alleged enemy Katy Perry, 30, she better be scared!
First off, how much did you love all of the references to this year’s most popular action flick, Furious 7? From Taylor’s fierce office smack down to the epic ending with Taylor and her girls walking with the burning city behind them, it certainly played homage to FF7!
Also, we still can’t get over how badass the star-studded cast looked! While all eyes were (mostly) on Taylor, we’ve got to give it up for the pack of femme fatales she led into battle. T. Swift’s gal pals that stood out most to us? Of course, Cara Delevignge, 22, Zendaya, 18, Gigi Hadid, 20, and Karlie Kloss, 22, looked hotter than ever as vixens Mother Chucker, Cut-Throat, Slay-Z and Knockout. Our absolute favorite, though? None other than our queen, Selena! As Arsyn, she seriously stole the show!
Well, besides Taylor as Catastrophe that is. The pop-country powerhouse was the epitome of perfection as she channelled Britney Spears in her iconic “Toxic” video, rocking fabulous, bright red hair. If she’s gonna take cues from anyone, it might as well be Brit-Brit!
While we’re totally in love with this music video, we can’t lie and say we’re not super jealous that we weren’t asked to play a part it in. Talk about #SquadGoal envy!
Obvi, Taylor knows that her fans can never get enough of her, so she’s blessing us with more than one version of this life-changing visual masterpiece. Ah-mazing!
“The version of ‘Bad Blood’ we will see at Billboard is the main version of the video but it is also one of the versions of the video in a planned series,” a source reveals to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.. “So much footage was filmed that she is going to release more via social media as the weeks continue. They will include new footage and remixed and re-edited versions.”
Well, that is certainly music to our ears!
