It’s finally here! We now have our first legit look at CW’s take on the DC classic ‘Legends of Tomorrow’– and it looks freaking incredible! Check it out right now!

At its upfront presentation on May 14, The CW announced its fall lineup, featuring a bunch of exciting new shows. Number one amongst them: DC’s Legends of Tomorrow! The superhero series, which is a spinoff of hit shows Arrow and The Flash, won’t officially touchdown at the network until midseason, but you don’t have to wait until then to get a look at the new series because we’ve got an extended trailer right here and right now!

‘Legends Of Tomorrow’ Trailer

“I started this alone, and I have every intention of keeping it that way,” it is said in this brand new trailer for Legends of Tomorrow.

“I had a plan. Life had a different one… sometimes the world needs a team.”

You can probably guess where this is going: enter said team.

Hawkeye (Ciara Renee): A girl with wings and a past lives complex.

White Canary (Caity Lotz): a deceased assassin.

Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) and Heatwave (Dominic Purcell): A pair of criminals.

The Atom (Brandon Routh): a billionaire with more tech than he clearly knows what to do with. “I know exactly what to do with it!” he (falsely) objects. “Most of the time.”

“You call this a team?” Dr. Martin Stein (Victor Garber) asks. Um, shade!

The Team Assembles

Of course, we can’t forget about the last, and probably most pivotal member of the team: Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill) who is– duh– from the future.

With the team assembled, of course, we can now learn their mission: Take down the villain, Vandal Savage. Well, easier said than done. “He is immortal, and commands the most powerful army the world has ever seen,” Rip says.

Well, that shouldn’t be a problem for these guys, right? Right?

What do you think of the Legends of Tomorrow trailer? Are you excited for the show to premiere?
