Uh oh! Tyga has Kylie’s blood boiling after he made a crass joke about being single during his concert on May 9, an insider tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. Find out what the joke was and why Kylie was so ‘bothered’ by it!
Tyga, 25, might want to be careful and think before he speaks! While Kylie Jenner, 17, came out to support her boyfriend during his performance at VITY Launch Party & VITY Concert Experience in Los Angeles on May 9, she was rubbed the wrong way after Tyga suggested that it was better to be single, knowing she was watching. Um, what?! Here’s the EXCLUSIVE scoop!
Kylie Jenner: Furious At Tyga After He Joked About Being Single During Concert
Now that’s not how you show a lady you love her! While Kylie was beaming throughout most of the night watching Tyga play his set, an insider revealed to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that things took a turn fast.
“Right before Tyga started performing Chris Brown’s ‘Loyal,’ he asked the crowd, ‘How many of you are single out there? It’s better to be single sometimes, you know why? Because these hoes ain’t loyal!’” an insider told us.
We get that he was getting the crowd hyped up and all but c’mon — Kylie was right there!
“That didn’t sit well with Kylie,” our insider continued. “Her smile immediately disappeared and she rolled her eyes. From the look on her face, it was obvious she was bothered and upset by his joke. After that happened, it was clear she wasn’t interested in watching Tyga anymore, so she and her clique left the VIP section to go backstage.”
“Once Kylie was backstage, she sat down typing away at her phone,” our insider added. “She looked pensive and perturbed by Tyga’s comment. Once Tyga finished his set, he and his entourage left the show through a private exit — with Kylie and her friends trailing behind. They didn’t walk out together. There was definitely some tension after Tyga made the joke about being single.”
Despite Tyga’s single joke, it seems that he really is dedicated to Kylie in the long run, and knows he wants to settle down with her eventually.
“Tyga has strong feelings for Kylie. He can envision a future with her when the time is right. He knows he wants to spend the rest of his life with Kylie, but there doesn’t need to be a label like marriage — like Kourtney [Kardashian] and Scott [Disick],” an insider told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
Perhaps next time he’ll think more carefully about his word choice on stage — especially when Kylie is watching!
