What, like it’s hard? Reese Witherspoon made all of our dreams come true when she reenacted a famous scene from ‘Legally Blonde’ with Andy Cohen. Watch the perfect clip now!
Who doesn’t miss Legally Blonde? Andy Cohen certainly seems to, and on the May 7 episode of Watch What Happens Live, he took advantage of his guest Reese Witherspoon, and had her step back into the iconic role of Elle Woods, which she originated way back in 2001. Along with Reese’s Hot Pursuit costar Sofia Vergara, Andy and Reese recreated one of the film’s most memorable scenes and, it goes without saying, you need to watch it right now.
Reese Witherspoon Recreates ‘Legally Blonde’ Moment
Though we’ve all basically got the entire film engrained on the lining of our brains, one of the most memorable scenes from Legally Blonde is the one in which Elle breaks the news to her best friends that she’s going to be going to Harvard Law School.
The two are both thrilled at first when they think they’re planning a weekend road trip, however, when Elle informs them that she actually plans to attend Harvard, they are a little stunned.
“Isn’t it hard to get into law school?” Andy asks (wearing a ridiculous blonde wig). But, as we all remember, Andy has the perfect good luck charm for his BFF.
The Passing Of The Lucky Scrunchy
“Okay, here, you’re gonna need this,” Andy says to Reese, handing her a scrunchy– his lucky scrunchy, obviously.
“It helped me pass Spanish,” Andy says. Sofia, playing the role of the third friend, points out that the real reason Andy passed Spanish was not due to luck but rather because he gave the professor a lap dance, to which Andy responds with one of the movie’s best lines.
