Will and Kate managed to get a full night’s sleep after the May 2nd birth of their daughter — who slept peacefully throughout the night, HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned. They must be the envy of every new parent around the world!
She really must be a sleeping beauty! Lucky Kate Middleton, 33, and Prince William, 32, managed to catch up with some much-needed R&R at Kensington Palace after the birth of their second royal baby on May 2. The princess, whose name has not yet been revealed, slept peacefully through the night, HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned.
Royal Baby’s First Night At Home After Kate Middleton’s Birth: Sleeps Peacefully
“Not a lot of babies manage to sleep through their first night with their parents, but the princess did,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “Kate and William were delighted that they managed to get a full rest, and weren’t interrupted by the baby crying. “They really needed it after such an exhausting day, and were counting their lucky stars when they woke up in the morning.
The first night with a new arrival is always precious, and William and Kate could be forgiven for thinking they’d be up all night caring for the princess on her first evening at home! However, despite a peaceful first night, Kate and Will are ready for the challenges that face them.
“They might have had a bit of luck the first night, but Kate and William don’t expect that to last and are ready for some sleepless nights ahead,” our source added.
Of course, Kate and William are no strangers to parenthood as they also have son, Prince George, 1, at home, too! George even proved he was ready to be a big brother when he arrived and waved at fans at St. Mary’s hospital with his dad to meet his baby sister for the first time. The million dollar question now, is, what is the princess going to be called?
Kate & William To Decide On Name For Princess
As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, tons of royal family fans have been betting on what the baby’s name could be.
English gaming company Ladbrokes make Alice the number one name in the running, with Charlotte, Olivia, Elizabeth and Victoria all in the frame. There have even been suggestions that William will honor his late mother by giving his daughter the middle name Diana. That would be absolutely precious.
What do YOU think HollywoodLifers? Would princess Alice work for you?
