Following in their Unauthorized Saved by the Bell flick’s footsteps, the creators at Lifetime are now ready to create an Unauthorized Full House Story — a working title, of course.
The Lifetime flick, which does not have an air date set yet, will “look at the rise of the cast,” as well as “the pressure they faced” to balancing life on and off set of Full House, The Hollywood Reporter confirmed.
The film will be written by Ron McGee, who also wrote the Unauthorized Saved by the Bell Story; Full House‘s story will be produced by the same companies as well as Harvey Kahn andStephen Bulka.
Of course, it’s a little odd that the film is happening now, since the cast has been in the news a ton lately since Netflix is creating a follow up series, Fuller House.
The 13-episode show will feature DJ (Candace Cameron-Bure), living with her sister Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) and her BFF Kimmy (Andrea Barber). It’s unconfirmed at the moment whether or not the family — Bob Saget, Dave Coulier, etc. will return. However we know that Uncle Jesse (John Stamos) will.
The main question is whether or not we will see Michelle, played by Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. When the girls were asked about the spin off, they said they never got a call. However, John tweeted out that he was “calling bullsh-t” on that.
Is there already tension going on?
Alright guys, do you think it’s a good idea to have a tell-all? Will you watch? Let us know!
